11n radio and one or two Ethernet interfaces. All the wireless connections are unencrypted and use 5 GHz frequency band with 40 MHz channel width and 2 × 2 MIMO. Also, the 4-address frame format is used on WiFi links between the backhaul nodes to enable transparent bridging . Since OpenFlow has no support for setting up the wireless links, they are manually configured. The wireless point-to-point links between the mesh nodes offer a theoretical maximum bandwidth of 300 Mbps. The wired Ethernet uses 100 Mbps full-duplex connections.
